Terms of Service

1. Overview

PACKD ("we", "us", "our") is a tiffin delivery service operated by PACKD, based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. By using our website (getpackd.in) or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use PACKD.
• A valid Indian mobile phone number is required to complete registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

3. Account & Authentication

• Accounts are created via Google Sign-In followed by phone number verification.
• Each individual may maintain only one active PACKD account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Meal Packs & Credits

• PACKD operates on a prepaid meal credit system. One credit equals one meal.
• Credits are purchased in packs and do not expire.
• Purchased meal packs are non-refundable in monetary terms. Unused credits remain in your account.
• Skipping a meal before the cutoff time restores the credit back to your pack.
• We reserve the right to modify pack pricing and availability at any time.

5. Ordering & Delivery

• Meals are delivered to addresses within our serviceable areas in Gurugram (currently Sectors 42, 43, 55, 56, 57, 62, 63, and 65).
• Delivery times and cutoff times are displayed in the app and are subject to change.
• We strive to deliver on time but do not guarantee exact delivery windows. Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances are not our liability.
• If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the meal credit will not be restored.

6. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway.
• We do not store your card numbers, UPI IDs, bank account details, or any other payment credentials on our servers.
• Payment processing is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective payment gateway provider.
• Offline payments (cash, bank transfer) may be accepted at our discretion and are credited to your account by an admin.

7. Cancellation & Skipping

• You may skip an upcoming meal before the displayed cutoff time. Skipped meals restore the credit to your active pack.
• Once the cutoff time has passed, the meal cannot be skipped or cancelled, and the credit will be consumed.
• You may deactivate your subscription at any time. Remaining credits will stay in your account for future use.

8. Food & Allergens

• Our meals are freshly prepared daily. Menus are subject to change based on availability and season.
• While we take care in food preparation, meals may contain common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy.
• If you have severe food allergies, please contact us before placing an order.
• PACKD is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from consuming our meals.

9. Intellectual Property

The PACKD name, logo, branding, website content, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of PACKD. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

• PACKD provides its services on an "as is" basis.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the value of credits in your account at the time of the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
